Back / Trapezius (Traps)

Trapezius are the triangular shaped muscles in your upper back.   They originate at your spine, from your skull down past the middle of our back, and connect to your shoulder blade.  They are responsible for tilting your head back and side to side, and more importantly, the Trapezius rotate your shoulders back, and rotate your shoulder blades up and down at variety of angles to facilitate rotation of your arms at the shoulder.

The only way to fully and proportionately develop your Trapezius is to rotate your shoulder throughout   exercise movements and to do so from various angles of resistance.  The patent pending TrakHandleTM and TrakRowTM are the only cable accessories that allow these necessary rotational movements and have enabled us to develop these innovative and effective exercises.

We are continuously developing new TrakTrainingTM exercises so be sure to join our community and stay up to date on our latest developments.

We value your feedback so please submit a testimonial.  You can also submit any question you might have or contact us by phone.  We want to hear from you.
