Biceps


The Biceps are the muscles in the front of your upper arms.  They originate at your shoulders, extend down your arm and connect to your forearm.  What is interesting about the biceps is that the end of the muscle and tendon wrap around the radius bone in your forearm.   This is because one of the primary purposes of your Biceps is to rotate your forearm.

The only way to fully and proportionately develop your Biceps is to rotate your fore arm throughout your exercise movements and from various angles of resistance.  The patent pending TrakHandleTM and TrakRowTM are the only cable accessories that allow these necessary rotational movements and have enabled us to develop these innovative and effective exercises.
