The Problem and the Solution.
Most muscles in our upper body wrap around our bones to facilitate rotational movement of our arms and body. These include Biceps, Triceps, Pectorals, Lats, Delts, Obliques, Rotator Cuffs, Serratus Anterior, Forearm Muscles, and others. In fact the majority of the major muscle groups in our upper body function to rotate our arms and shoulders. In order to effectively develop the full range of these muscles, you must rotate your wrist, arms and/or shoulders throughout an exercise movement. This can only be accomplished with a fitness handle that allows you to rotate your hand, wrist, arm, and shoulder in relation to the path of resistance. Our patent pending TrakHandle™ is the only handle available with this kind of mobility.
The TrakHandle™ is ruggedly constructed out of stainless steel and aluminum. It is durable enough to withstand the rigors of a public gym, while sleek and comfortable whether for body building or rehabilitative therapy. But the real success lies in its functionality. With 3 points of rotation and four sets of ball bearings, the TrakHandle™ allows you to smoothly and freely rotate your hand, wrist, arm, and shoulder throughout an exercise movement.
The freedom of movement provided by our patent pending track system enables you to move through an exercise in a more natural way which lets you work the muscles you want without straining other muscles, joints or ligaments.
The Evolution of Trak Fitness
In an effort to incorporate the incredible advantages of the TrakHandle™ into a versatile pull bar, we created the patent pending TrakRow™, a multi-use pull bar that combines two TrakHandles into an ergonomic pull bar with incomparable functionality.
The technical innovations of the TrakHandle™ and TrakRow™ have created revolutionary advancements in fitness training. We created TrakTraining™ to develop and promote these exclusive training exercises and techniques, many of which cannot be performed with other cable attachments.
