The TrakHandle has been a great addition to my training tool arsenal. It allows for nice variety within our “pulling” series. And since I have my athletes pull in 3 different hand positions (“fast ball”, “breaking ball” and “change up”), I find I can get some great specificity with these handles when using a weight-stack. The athletes like it, it’s smooth, and allows for great variety.
