Shoulders / Deltoids (Delts)
Deltoids are the round muscles in our shoulders. They
originate at the shoulder blade and collar bone, then wrap around and
connect to the outside of the Humerus bone in our upper arms. Deltoids
are responsible for raising your arms out to the sides, but they are
also responsible for rotating your arms forward and backward and to do
so at a variety of angles.
The only way to fully and proportionately develop your Deltoids is to rotate your arm throughout exercise movements and to do so from various angles of resistance. The patent pending TrakHandle™ and TrakRow™
are the only cable accessories that allow these necessary rotational
movements and have enabled us to develop these innovative and effective
exercises.
We are continuously developing new TrakTraining™ exercises so be sure to join our community and stay up to date on our latest developments.
