recently received a Notice of Allowance for its patent application entitled,
“Ergonomic Pull Handle and Associated Exercise Methods”.
The forthcoming
patent contains broad protection for the Company’s innovative technology,
including pull handles that allow multiple axes of rotation which provide users
an unprecedented level of versatility and safety. This is the first notice of allowance for the
Company’s expanding portfolio of patent applications that are pending in the
U.S. and abroad.
The Company’s
technology is embodied in its current line of TrakHandle™ and TrakBar™
attachments for exercise equipment, which are the first and only attachments
that provide three and four axes of rotation, respectively. The Company’s accessories facilitate an
