Triceps
The Triceps are the muscles in the back of your upper arms.
They have three heads originating at the shoulder and Humerus bone in
your upper arm and extending down the back of your arm to the ulna bone
in your forearm. Triceps are the primary muscle responsible for
extending or straightening your arm, but they also play a role in
rotating your forearm.
In order to fully and proportionately develop your Triceps
you must exercise the muscle from a variety of angles, which requires
you to rotate your fore arm throughout your exercise movements and from
various angles of resistance. The patent pending TrakHandle™ and TrakRow™
are the only cable accessories that allow these necessary rotational
movements and have enabled us to develop these innovative and effective
exercises.
We are continuously developing new TrakTraining™ exercises so be sure to join our community and stay up to date on our latest developments.
