The TrakBar 30, when combined with our TrakHandle Pro-X handles, is the only cable attachment with 4 axes of rotation at each handle. This unique feature makes the TrakBar 30 the most functionally versatile cable attachment of all time.

With five width settings, the TrakBar 30 can perform the functions of every other cable attachment available.

More importantly, the TrakBar 30 will allow you to perform exercise movements that are just not possible with any other cable attachment.

The TrakBar 30 allows you to transition between supinated and pronated grip positions during exercise movements without releasing the bar and interrupting your set.

When performing biceps curls, the TrakBar 30 enables you to transition between supinated and pronated grip positions throughout the range of motion. This allows you to work both heads of the biceps through their full range of motion.

Similarly, with the TrakBar 30 you can perform lat pull downs starting with a pronated grip and transition to a supinated grip at any time throughout the exercise movement or during the set.

With the TrakBar 30 you can think outside the box and perform exercises that are not possible with any other cable attachments.

For instance, when performing lat pull downs, you can extend the exercise movement by pulling down on one side while laterally flexing the torso and externally rotating. This movement will fully engage the lats and work them through their full range of motion.

You can also add unilateral movements during curls and perform a wide variety of exercises that cannot be performed with fixed grip bars.
